This page explains what Wallstreet Heroes does with the information you send us when you book a Saturday workshop in Woodstock, join an online cohort, or download the starter workbook. It also covers the cookies and analytics that run quietly in the background while you read the blog.
When you fill in a booking or contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message field. If you sign up for a cohort we also keep the session you chose and your attendance notes. Technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location and pages viewed is recorded automatically by our hosting and analytics tools.
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to see which articles and workshop pages get read. Analytics events tell us things like how many people opened the inflation worksheet, not who you are. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will still load, though some preferences may reset.
Your details are used to confirm bookings, send session reminders, answer questions and share the workbook you asked for. We do not sell contact lists, and we do not pass your information to signal groups or anyone promising quick returns. Where a third-party service is involved, such as our email or form provider, it only processes data on our instructions.
Booking records are kept while you are active in a programme and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. If you want your details removed sooner, ask and we will delete them unless we are required to keep a record for accounting or legal reasons.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, request a portable copy, or withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. If you are in the EU or California, additional rights under GDPR and CCPA apply, including the right to object to certain processing and to opt out of the sale of personal information, which we do not do. Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe.
Send any privacy question or deletion request to the address below. We answer from the same office that runs the Woodstock sessions, so expect a reply from a person rather than an automated ticket.
We do not make misleading claims about returns, use fake urgency or invent endorsements. Wallstreet Heroes is an independent market literacy project and is not affiliated with any exchange, broker or official body unless we say so plainly. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of financial outcome, and our workshops teach risk awareness rather than promising results.
