Whether you are stuck on a workshop booking, unsure which module fits your level, or just need a straight answer about how our sessions run, this page points you to the right place. Start here if you are not sure where to go next.
Most of what lands in our inbox is the same handful of things: what a session actually covers, whether you need money to start, and who is standing at the front of the room. Here are straight answers.
No. The Saturday sessions in Woodstock and the online cohort are built around reading and discussion, not around placing anything anywhere. We work through public company reports and a share price quote so you can follow the logic on paper first. If you have nothing saved yet, that is a normal starting point, not a problem to fix before you arrive.
We won't, and we'd rather say that plainly up front. There are no tips, no signal groups and no names pushed at you. What you get instead is the habit of reading a report, checking what a business actually earns, and asking what could go wrong. That habit is slower to build and far more useful than a list.
Working analysts, accountants and teachers who give up part of their weekend for this. They are not selling a course at the end of the room. Each module closes with a practical exercise using a real annual report, so you leave with something you wrote yourself rather than notes you copied.
Yes. The after-school clubs exist for exactly that, and the material assumes no background in markets. We start with why prices move at all, then move to inflation, budgeting on a first salary, and the gap between holding something for years and chasing a story someone posted. If a term is unclear, ask in the room.
The online cohort follows the same modules on a different schedule, and the starter workbook covers the basics at your own pace. If you are unsure which route fits your week, the support page walks through the options, and you can always write to us with the details of your situation.
Weekend sessions fill up early, and the online cohort runs on a fixed intake, so most questions come down to timing, level and what to bring. Pick the route below that matches your situation. If you are unsure where you fit, start with the general inbox and we will point you to the right facilitator.
Best for learners and first-time earners who want to sit in a room, ask questions out loud and work through a public company report with a facilitator. Bring a notebook; we hand out the printed exercise sheets on the day.

For schools, youth groups and anyone outside Cape Town. Tell us your age group, how many people are joining and which evenings work. We confirm the slot and send the joining details once the group is set.
Write to info@wallstrreetheroes.com with "online cohort" in the subject line.
Requests for the free starter workbook, replacement handouts or anything about an existing booking. Include the name the booking was made under so we can find it without back-and-forth.

Email is checked on weekdays and answered within two working days. Phone calls are picked up during office hours; if we miss you, leave a number and a short note about what you need. Messages that arrive over the weekend are read on Monday, since facilitators are usually teaching on Saturdays. Booking confirmations for the next Woodstock session go out by Thursday evening.
Still working out which step comes first? The support page covers the common questions, and you can also send a direct message if your situation is not listed.
